returns

According to the Distance and Home Sales Act, you as a consumer (this does not apply to companies) have the right to withdraw from the agreement by notifying us within 14 days of receiving the product. In order for you to be able to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product in undamaged, unchanged condition in the associated unopened original packaging. For received and approved returns that have caused a decrease in value, as well as unredeemed packages, a return fee corresponding to 15% of the minimum value of SEK 250 will be charged. Shipping costs are paid by the customer. Unredeemed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal according to the Distance and Home Sales Act.

compensation

The buyer shall defend, release and hold the seller indemnified and its affiliates or related companies from and against all claims, losses, liability, damages and expenses.

payment of goods

Payment must be made by card, internet bank or invoice. Payment terms are 14 days for invoice purchases. To be able to order against an invoice, you must be 18 years of age and be registered in Sweden and approved in the credit check that is carried out at the time of purchase. The invoice will be sent separately by e-mail to the e-mail address you enter at the time of purchase. In the event of non-payment, the invoice will be pledged to Klarna.

governing law and arbitration

This document must be interpreted and regulated by the laws of the Kingdom of Sweden, with the exception of its conflicts of law. The Parties specifically exclude the application of the UN Convention on the Sale of Goods.
